NIHES Graduation 2016
On Friday the 26th of August 2016, we celebrated the graduation of our Master of Science and Doctor of Science students. The ceremony was proudly led by the Chairman of the NIHES Board, Professor Johan Mackenbach in the very characteristic Arminius Church. Graduates representing different nationalities received their diplomas from Professor Oscar Franco, Deputy Science Director NIHES. Professor Johanna Takkenberg, Professor in Clinical Decision Making in Cardio-Thoracic Interventions at Erasmus MC, also carefully advised the graduates in her speech to consider the following important questions along the way of your career: “am I doing things right?” “am I doing the right things? and “am I having fun?”.
